These Terms apply to all Users, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing the Platform's publicly accessible content. These Terms are supplemented by any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms and bonus terms published on the Platform at the relevant time. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

You must not submit identity documents through unsecured email, third-party messaging applications or any other unverified channel. Submission of false or tampered documents is a serious offence and will result in immediate Account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. The Operator will never request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify the Operator of any suspected breach. Deposits can be made using payment methods currently available in the Platform's cashier. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the relevant time. Deposits are credited to your Account in the displayed currency. WC333 references payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not imply that these providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions.
The Operator reserves the right to refuse, reverse or hold any deposit where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, account abuse or any breach of these Terms.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR/Rs) where applicable. The Operator reserves the right to process transactions in an alternate base currency and apply exchange rate conversions at its prevailing rates. All PKR amounts displayed are the Operator's best representation at the time of display.
All bonuses, free spins, free bets and promotional offers available on WC333 are subject to these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer. Users are responsible for reading and understanding all applicable terms before opting in to any promotion.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) applied to the bonus amount, the deposit amount or the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount as specified in the promotion. Not all games contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements — contribution percentages are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or per spin. This limit is specified in the promotion terms and is typically set at PKR 1,000 per round (illustrative figure — always check the live promotion terms). Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bonuses carry an expiry period within which Wagering Requirements must be completed. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Expiry periods are displayed in the promotion terms and your Account bonus section.
The Operator maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Prohibited activity includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; deliberately exploiting a mathematical advantage in games during bonus play; coordinating with other accounts to fulfil wagering requirements artificially; and any other conduct deemed by the Operator to constitute bonus abuse. The Operator reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim associated winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All games and betting markets on WC333 are governed by the rules of the respective game or market as published on the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure or system error during a game or bet settlement, the Operator reserves the right to declare the affected bet or game round void and refund the stake. The Operator's determination of game and bet outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out below.
Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. In-play odds are updated in real time and reflect the Operator's assessment at the moment of display; the Operator does not guarantee any specific odds level at any given time.
Winnings from sports betting are calculated at the odds confirmed at the time a bet is accepted. Subsequent changes to odds do not affect accepted bets. In the case of errors in odds publication caused by obvious technical faults, the Operator reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on WC333 and may result in Account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of winnings and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

The "WC333" brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your home jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
